Who am I?

I'm a Senior Product Designer with 7 years' experience leading end-to-end UX, UI and service design in cross-functional product teams.

I'm equally comfortable leading 0 to 1 definition as the sole designer in start/scale-ups, and making sense of complex, ambiguous problem spaces for high-impact initiatives in large orgs.

My approach is pragmatic, collaborative, and outcome-focused.
